Flowing Thoughts About Life

OMG… So excited and also scared (a lot) to have the possibility to share with you my journey, thoughts and all I have done, learnt, discovered and will learn and continue to discover and do. And now, the first article and I have so many thoughts and things to share, I do not know where to start…

As you can see on the pictures, I have many tattoos. Two are really big; the flower of life and the second is my life motto. I have had them already 7 years. I was very young but all my life I have searched for deeper meaning of things, people, actions and thoughts. Of course sometimes I did also very stupid things, but this is also part of life. For me life is an adventure and a game, and you have to play many roles to survive. Each period of life gives us new challenges, new people and new situations, however sometimes it could be very similar situations, people and things until we learn the lesson. Every situation, each person, challenge should teach us something. Very often we do not know it at the time, and maybe we do not discover it at all, but believe me every person or situation is a gift or a test. We have to learn a lot during our journey and it is amazing that we have absolutely no idea, what will come and probably change our life completely, and often not only once. But during that time we have to live NOW and deal and fight with the daily, let’s say “ordinary” life. Life is about ups and downs, it is like an EKG and everyone, believe me, really everyone has it. Very often we judge people and situations, without enough information. We believe something, that has been said or what we see, but we really never truly know what is right or what is wrong. For example, tears can have positive meaning and a smile can have a negative meaning and the best example for nowadays are social media. The only thing in what we can really believe is our inner feeling and intuition, because if we act from our inner-self, and we later find out that it was not the best, then we only can be angry with our self and if we were right, our confidence grows. You should act and behave how you feel, “see and let yourself fully be seen.”

With time, feelings and thoughts inside yourself are changing and that is normal. We have been influenced during our life with many things, situations and people, but what is very important is to live the present life “ NOW” not in the past or too much in the future, because we create the future right NOW.

Ask yourself if you really do everything that you can, with what you have right NOW….. because life is not about perfect but about effort :)

Childhood is a period of life which we don’t remember so much, but it has a huge impact on our life. We can explain many things through our childhood. I grew up in a loving family, I have one brother and we had an amazing time in Germany and also in Czech. We both had the chance to play professional sport. I played tennis for 8 years, traveled all over the world and gained so much experience, positive and negative of course, because as everything in life has two sides, because life is about “what you gain and what you lose.“ We cannot have everything. Sometimes we have what we want and not what we need or we have what we need and not what we want. Life is crazy. One minute we can have feelings that everything is perfect and another that everything is a disaster, all is part of the journey, as well as the feeling that we just don’t know and we feel lost in the moment or even a period of life. Take things as they are, and not as they should be. If you cannot stop thinking about something then don’t stop working on it, but allow yourself sometimes only to be without any expectation or judgments. We are only human beings and no one has told us how to be happy.

The father of modern yoga Patanjali says, “Do everything but don’t get attached, because then you start to suffer!” When I heard this sentence for the first time, I have to say it made me think about things a lot more and mainly about attachment and how to practise non attachment and also if it is possible to not be attached to pleasurable things, because when I think about it more and more, I start to feel more freedom. Thinking about situations when we suffer, it is mostly because we get attached so much to something or someone, that we think we cannot live without and then we have lost it. Feelings are visitors, they come and leave our body, mind and soul. We do things, because we wanna feel the feelings inside us again and again, we do actually everything, because of the feelings. We are disciplined because of the feelings., so please don’t stop your emotions and feelings, because this is everything what we have, but don’t get attached. :)
